Fresh strawberries with stevia for dessert!
4 cups Spinach with 1/2 cup raspberries raspberries, 3 chopped strawberries, 2 chopped prunes, and 2 tbs ginger dressing! Delicious and only 196 calories!
Dinner and dessert! Homemade beef and broccoli with brown rice and sliced fruit with a small amount of powdered sugar
Lunch! 3 cups of spinach, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbs sliced almonds. The dressing was 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tbs apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp spicy mustard. It is 132 calories.
I’m saving today’s intake for dinner!
