Dessert!
This dessert was a quick thing I whipped up because I was craving something sweet! I wanted to make it as clean as I could. It’s not 100% clean, but it’s pretty close!
1 container of strawberry Greek yogurt, 1/2 sheet graham cracker-crushed, 3 strawberries-diced, a few semi-sweet chips, and about 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut!
So yummy!
It starts online next week! It’s a free course from University of Florida. I also enrolled in a Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle: Issues and Insights course from Vanderbilt that starts in April!

My breakfast this morning was peach Greek yogurt (the 100 calorie Yoplait brand) with sliced strawberries and chopped almonds. It was delicious and filling!
I’m about to go babysit for 5 hours or so, so I packed some almonds to take so I don’t snack on the food at the house!

Breakfast!
I made an english muffin with an egg, a little bit (1 tablespoon) of shredded cheese, and 2 tablespoons of mashed avocado. It was delicious!

I think it’s really important to have goals that aren’t scale related. My first non-scale goal for the year: do 30 body squats every time I go to the bathroom.
It may seem silly, but those add up!

I got this lunch box for Christmas and I love it! The bottom picture shows what it looks like all stacked together, and the top shows all the compartments it has! The blue compartment was holding a salad that I took for lunch, and the smaller compartments fit into the green compartment (or you can just use the green compartment and put the lid on it). I had pretzel crisps and some cheese in those smaller ones. This is so handy and perfect for taking to work! It also helps a lot with portion control. The compartments are big enough for good portions, but small enough that you can’t over do it with what you pack! Love them!
