This is a looooong list and, I’ll be honest, I didn’t research much of it. I figured I would post it anyways because I know some of them to be true. It’s worth a shot right :)
I need to train in the cold for a race I’m doing. Too bad it’s never cold here so I’m up before 8am. Did I mention my race is on Thursday? And it’s still not as cold as it’s going to be on race day?

i think this is important. yes, you want people to notice how fit you are and how good you look, but i think it’s more important to be known for your drive! being persistent will give you good results :)
Pastelitos! If you haven’t heard of them, it’s basically a cheese danish—Cuban style! There’s a place in Miami that makes AMAZING pastelitos (cheese and guava—HEAVEN!) and when I found this recipe for cheese danishes, I knew I could make them low calorie and more pastelito-esque! So excited! If it turns out well I’ll share the recipe! If not, it’s back to the drawing board…
